Class Description

Restore your body. Calm your nervous system. Move with ease.

Reconnect to your body through mindful stretching, breathwork, and restorative movement. This Hatha/Yin-inspired class helps release tension, improve flexibility, support mobility, and create balance within the body and mind.

Students will explore alignment, body mechanics, and intentional movement practices designed to prevent injuries and support long-term wellness. Perfect for dancers, athletes, movers, and anyone seeking recovery, grounding, and restoration.

Waacking Choreography ( Performance)
Element – Fire

Class Description

Express boldly. Perform fearlessly. Dance with emotion.

Waacking is an expressive dance form born from Black and Latino LGBTQ+ disco club culture in 1970s Los Angeles. It was originally known as “Punking,” a term that was reclaimed, and is rooted in freedom, musicality, theatricality, and emotional storytelling; this class celebrates individuality and performance.

Students will train choreography retention, performance quality, musical interpretation, posing, lines, and expressive movement dynamics while learning the foundations and history behind the style.

Mobility (Hatha / Yin)
Element – Water

Class Description

Move with freedom. Build mobility for life.

Mobility training is the foundation for pain-free, confident movement. This slow-paced class guides students through targeted mobility flows that strengthen joints, improve posture, increase flexibility, and support long-term body health.

We move through the entire body, feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and wrists, while learning to listen deeply to what the body needs.

Upper Body Fundamentals (Drills & Teq)

Class Description

Build texture, creativity, precision, and freedom in your movement.

This class focuses on developing coordination, agility, musicality, and expression through upper body movement training. Students will explore the textures and pathways of the arms, hands, shoulders, torso, head, and fingers while discovering their own personal style.

Inspired by street and club dance foundations, this class strengthens movement quality, freestyle confidence, and performance dynamics.

Class Description

Build strength, control, fluidity, and grounded movement.

This advanced class explores floorwork transitions, grounded movement pathways, coordination, and dynamic control using gravity, momentum, and body mechanics.

Inspired by lofting, capoeira, breaking, and contemporary movement practices, students will develop athleticism, creativity, mobility, and spatial awareness.

Recommended for intermediate to advanced movers

Street Jazz Choreography (Performance)

Rooted in underground club culture, House dance is a vibrant movement practice centered around rhythm, groove, freedom, and footwork.

Students will explore foundational house steps, grooves, pathways, and choreography while learning the cultural roots and influences behind the dance form.

Perfect for beginners or dancers wanting to reconnect to their foundation, Vibing focuses on groove, repetition, musicality, stamina, and body awareness in a supportive communal environment.

This class encourages students to release tension, trust themselves, and connect to rhythm through repetition-based learning and freestyle exploration.

Cardio Kickboxing (Strengthening)
Element – Earth

Class Description

Build strength, endurance, discipline, and confidence.

This highly energetic class combines full-body aerobic exercises with boxing and martial arts inspired movement to rhythmic, tempo based music. The main focus of cardio kickboxing is fourfold: movement, fun, accessibility and safety. There is less emphasis placed on technique, and movement is kept simple. The class is taught with plenty of repetition, sequences, and movement layering to build rhythmic-based combinations. In this class, you will condition, improve coordination, build endurance, memory and rhythm, while maintaining mental resilience.

Cardio Kickboxing at 333nergy offers a tenacious, full-body workout, stimulating the mind, body & soul, and to build confidence. It is designed to help students develop stamina, agility, focus, and full-body strength while letting loose, de-stressing and having FUN in an empowering environment!

This class develops focus, awareness, and discipline while honoring the cultural roots of Arnis.
