Class Description We begin with a warmup and stretching before going into a technique of the week, gradually
building up students’ warrior mentality through safe but challenging high-intensity interval training. Our Arnis covers training
that is mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional: giving our practitioners the ability to fall safely, get up quickly, and
eventually even deal with multiple attackers. Each class is unique, but will continue building on skills shared every week to unlock
each practitioner’s inner warrior.
Dance Style: Indigenous Filipino.

Class Expectations: Stretch
A Hatha-based class infused with dance and Pilates exercises, focused on breath and connection to sensation. Rather than pushing for flexibility or strength, the class invites you to open, release, and listen to your body gently.
Class Expectations: Contemporary
This class begins with an improvisation-based warm-up, connecting breath and body. The focus is on meeting yourself where you are — moving from your current state rather than striving for an external shape. Instead of counts or choreography, the space is held as a safe place to explore movement within your own body. Through spirals, folds, and waves, you’ll discover new pathways, expanding your movement vocabulary and creating more space within both body and mind. All levels welcome!
